Join us on this special ride and celebrate the end of the season in style and miles.
Back in the 1990s, a group of friends thought it would be a good idea to ride from San Francisco to Santa Barbara to kick off the cycling season. They were right. Ever since, the Coast Ride has become the unofficial start to the riding calendar for cyclists in the Bay Area, and for years we’ve enjoyed it as an important ritual on the road to springtime.
Now though, we do things a little differently to everyone else. We’ve fine-tuned the route to maximise enjoyment and hit some of our favorite spots along Highway One. It is still a point-to-point journey, so we ride rain or shine, but unlike the public event, this Coast Ride is now totally exclusive to inGamba, meaning it will just be us on the road with the full support of our mechanics and soigneurs.

MEET THE GUIDES
Paulo Crispim
Paulo began mountain biking at the early age of 16, and soon his love for bicycles, road cycling, and mechanics were there. Almost a decade later, he decided to take the risk and become a bicycle mechanic, but he never stopped participating in granfondos and amateur races. He joined inGamba as a mechanic in 2019 and now he is also one of our guides.
Sancho da Cruz
The late bloomer
Sancho had a late start to cycling, but he has been very passionate about bikes ever since. His love for the sport even made him change career paths to race professionally — until, oh, the pandemic. Covid saw him go back to school; he became one of our guides after interviewing João for his masters final thesis on Active Tourism. Today, he is more than happy to share his passion for the sport with you, helping you on and off the bike, whether your goal is to go full gas or simply take it easy and make the most of the scenery.

PINARELLO NEW DOGMA F
The latest version of the DOGMA features an advanced fiber with remarkable tensile strength, which enables Pinarello to improve the bike’s lateral stiffness performance. With this enhancement, the New DOGMA F is engineered to tackle any road challenges, establishing itself as a reliable option for all kinds of rides.
In addition, it comes equipped with the new SRAM RED AXS, the lightest electronic groupset to date. The controls have been redesigned to offer smooth, comfortable ergonomics for a wide range of hand sizes. What makes this groupset stand out is the effortless braking, allowing for one-finger braking with minimal effort. The RED brakes now require 80% less effort when braking from the hoods and 33% less effort from the drops, delivering more power and reducing hand fatigue.
